Terms of use
RCE Workspace Tools supports the operator’s private email, Drive, and Calendar workflows. It is not offered as a public account service.
Account access and instructions
Use only accounts and data you are authorized to access. Grant the permissions needed for the intended workflow, select the correct account, and provide clear instructions for changes. Google account consent grants technical access; agents must still follow the authorized task and its scope.
Changes and responsibility
Emails, file changes, invitations, and event updates can affect other people. Resolve unclear recipients, targets, or scope before acting. Check consequential results and use the relevant service’s recovery controls when correction is needed. AI-generated content may contain errors.
Data handling
Read the privacy policy before authorizing Google access. The AI agent platform you select may receive task data and has its own terms, settings, and retention controls. Google’s and other providers’ terms continue to apply to their services.
Access and support
The integration can change or become unavailable as its dependencies and account policies change. Revoke future Google access through Google Account connections. For questions, contact Jonathan at jonathan@brightprice.com.
